Anthony Jenkins
Anthony B. Jenkins is the Chief Executive of Bovian Enterprises LLC, a federal Information Technology support firm focused on providing cybersecurity, IT portfolio management and IT strategic planning. Mr. Jenkins is a proven defense professional, executive, entrepreneur and combat veteran having served in the U.S. Army. Mr. Jenkins has considerable experience in military operations and IT systems management. He has served in positions within the Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) G-3 LandWarNet/Mission Command Directorate, HQDA Chief Information Officer (CIO)/G-6, Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff (CJCS) J6 Cybersecurity Directorate and the National Guard Bureau (NGB) J6/CIO; providing IT subject matter expertise to executive-level decision-makers. Anthony maintains several IT certifications to include CISSP, Security+ and ITIL Foundation v3.
Mr. Jenkins seeks: (1) to provide the highest level of service to federal decision-makers, (2) team with world-class organizations and (3) responsibly grow Bovian Enterprises to a top-tier government contracting firm.
Terrence Jenkins
Terrence Jenkins is the Vice President of Bovian Enterprises and specializes in utilizing and enhancing Microsoft applications based on customer business needs. After spending nearly a decade working with federal government agencies, he has mastered how federal clients may truly leverage the core elements of SharePoint and its many integrated 3rd party tools. He also understands the federal client’s business needs across multi-functional organizations.

Terrence has left a lasting impression on agencies such as the United States Secret Service, United States Census Bureau, and the Center of Medicaid and Medicare where he was awarded as an “Excellent Partner” for his role in developing a custom enterprise-wide solution for the agency.
